Weight Watchers is pleased to announce a new leader in Nashville. Weight Watchers Leader Katie Unverfehrt will welcome members and visitors to learn about the Weight Watchers program, which is designed to help change people’s relationship with food for good, while providing the inspiration, accountability and support to deal with the reality of their world.
Visitors are welcome to attend a meeting for free, where they can experience a Weight Watchers meeting firsthand and learn about the new suite of offerings, including Weight Watchers Personal Coaching, as well as a revamped digital Weight Watchers OnlinePlus, which includes on-demand 24/7 Expert Chat with Weight Watchers-certified Coaches. Meetings will be held at 5:30 PM (registration and weigh-in starts at 5:00 PM) at Washington County Hospital at 709 S Grand Street.
Katie, like all of our leaders, lost weight on Weight Watchers and can relate to the challenges and celebrations involved in losing weight. She also understands that the way we aspire to eat doesn’t always match up with how we actually eat.
“Weight Watchers is designed to teach you the fundamentals of weight loss and beyond,” says Katie. “The program and the support are designed to help you stick to your weight loss efforts, all the way to goal.”
“At Weight Watchers, we recognize that food is only one part of the weight-loss equation. Activity, healthy habits, support and smart food choices are also components that can lead to real, lasting success,” explains Kim Tierney, Territory Manager, Weight Watchers. “We are excited about this new meeting opening in Nashville and look forward to helping local residents reach their weight loss goals.”
