Registration Information For NCHS Students 2016

All Nashville Community High School students are asked to register for the 2016-17 school year on Tuesday, Aug. 9 starting at 8:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m

At registration, parents will complete required paperwork, provide proper documentation and pay student fees while students will receive their class schedule, and have their yearbook and school ID pictures taken. Much of the paperwork can be filled out ahead of registration from your parental Skyward Account. This option will be available towards the end of the summer and will appear as a link on the left side of the home screen. Please make sure students come to registration dressed appropriately for school pictures. Incoming freshmen will not receive class schedules until Freshman orientation and upon completion of required paperwork, including residency information.

Incoming freshman students and parents should complete the residency form with attachments they will receive in the summer mailing. The residency form can be returned to the school at or before registration. Returning sophomores, juniors and seniors who have moved (within the district) AND all new students, including freshmen, will need to provide two proofs of residency, one from each category (ex. Category I: recent property tax bill, mortgage papers, copy of lease; Category II: driver’s license, vehicle or voter registration, most recent gas, electric, water, cable television and/or credit card bill.)

This year, returning students will also receive their Chromebooks. Incoming Freshmen and new students will only receive Chromebooks once their parents have attended the required Chromebook informational meeting held on Thursday, Aug 4 at 6pm and signed our Chromebook Agreement. Parents unable to attend may come to a second meeting offered prior to Freshman Orientation, Thursday, Aug 11 at 6pm. Their Chromebooks would then be available at the conclusion of orientation. Both meetings will be held at the high school.

If you cannot access Skyward or attend registration on August 9th, you may stop by the guidance office after August 9th to request registration materials or a computer to complete your information.
