July 24
A Washington County Deputy responded to the theft of an air conditioner from a residence in rural Addieville.
On Sunday, July 24, 2016 the Washington County Sheriff's Office took a report of a deceased animal in the roadway near Oakdale.
July 23
The Washington County Sheriff's Office returned a phone call to a resident in Ashley in regards to a fraud.
The Washington County Sheriff's Office returned a phone call to a resident in Hoyleton in regards to a theft from a debit card.
Ross D. Follis, Sr., 46, of Belleville, IL was transported from the St. Clair County Jail to the Washington County Jail on an outstanding failure to appear arrest warrant by a Washington County Sheriff's Deputy.
Bonnie L. Austin, 48, of Cahokia, IL was transported from the St. Clair County Jail to the Washington County Jail on an outstanding failure to appear arrest warrant by a Washington County Sheriff's Deputy.
The Washington County Sheriff’s Office reported a Underage Drinking party on 1120 Washington County Line Rd. Coulterville, IL. The following individuals were cited for Unlawful Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor; Tyler L. Lanter, 18 of New Athens, IL,Gruden M. Pressler, 19 of Prairie Du Rocher, IL, Terron J. Ford, 18 of Belleville, IL, Kenneth I. Menees, 18 of Millstadt, IL, Taylor J. Kitchell, 18 of Millstadt, IL, James Dunn, 19 of Millstadt, IL, Paytin L. Viglasky, 20 of Waterloo, IL, and Jesse L. Neumeyer, 19 of Swansea, IL. A 17 year old male juvenile, a 15 year old female juvenile and a 14 year old juvenile were also involved in the incident. Their parents were notified and juvenile petitions will be requested from the State’s Attorney’s Office.
July 22
The Washington County Sheriff’s Office reported Suspicious Activity on Hedge Tree Rd near Richview, IL.
The Washington County Sheriff's Office responded to an area on Elkton Road for a report of a theft of construction equipment.
The Washington County Sheriff's Office responded to the area of State Route 15 and Raven Road for cows running at large.
July 21
A Washington County Sheriff's Deputy spoke with a resident of Irvington in reference to a civil matter.
A Washington County Sheriff's Deputy took a fraud report from a resident of rural Hoyleton.
A Washington County Sheriff's Deputy responded with the Nashville Police Department and the Okawville Police Department to a report of domestic trouble in Hoyleton.
July 20
A Washington County Sheriff's Deputy responded to a report of suspicious activity in rural Richview.
A Washington County Sheriff's Deputy responded to a report of a motorist assist on County Highway 11 near Hoyleton.
A Washington County Sheriff's Deputy conducted a welfare check at a residence in Irvington.
A Washington County Sheriff's Deputy responded with Wamac Police, Hoyleton Fire Dept, and Washington County Ambulance to a one vehicle crash on County Highway 18 at Sycamore Rd in rural Centralia. Amy Smith (44) of Centralia ran off the roadway and down into a creek. Smith was transported to St. Marys hospital in Centralia and treated for her injuries.
The Washington County Sheriff's Office assisted the Illinois State Police with a reckless driver on I-64.
A Washington County Sheriff's Deputy responded to a report of a motorist assist on County Highway 11 near Hoyleton.
On July 20, 2016 a Washington County Deputy responded to a report of a one vehicle accident on State Route 127 just north of New Minden. The driver of the vehicle had no injuries and the vehicle was towed from the scene. The Driver of the vehicle, Sara R. Cook, 35 of Sandoval was arrested for unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, unlawful possession of hypodermic syringe, and unlawful possession of less than 5 grams of methamphetamine.
A Washington County Deputy responded to assist the Illinois State Police with a one vehicle accident.
July 19
A Washington County Sheriff's Deputy responded to a report of possibly power lines arcing in rural Coulterville.
A Washington County Sheriff's Deputy responded to the Lively Grove area to check for any storm damage.
Washington County Sheriff Deputies along with Okawville Police, Addieville Fire, Okawville Fire and Washington County Ambulance responded to a report of a possible structure fire in rural Covington.
Karriem Bowers 22, of Stone Mountain, GA was arrested by a Washington County Sheriff's Deputy for driving while license suspended and speeding and given a verbal warning for no drivers license on person.
A Washington County Deputy cleared tire debris from State Route 127 at IDOT Shed Rd.
The Washington County Sheriff's Office took a report of a male subject laying on the ground near the intersection of County Highway 21 and State Route 15.
The Washington County Sheriff's Office responded to the area in the 300 block of East Jackson in Ashley for suspicious activity.
The Washington County Sheriff's Office reported an Abandoned Vehicle on US Hwy 51 south of Richview, IL.

The Washington County Sheriff's Office reported Suspicious Activity at Bandy Pharmacy in Irvington, IL.
