August 6

The Washington County Sheriff's Office responded to a one vehicle accident which occurred on Sycamore Road. Sammantha E. Heimann, 26, of Hoyleton was traveling east-bound on Sycamore Road when she lost control of her vehicle. The vehicle left the roadway and overturned.

The Washington County Sheriff's Office assisted the Illinois State Police on Interstate 64 at the 50 mile marker with debris in the roadway.

The Washington County Sheriff's Office responded to an area on County Highway 11 for an abandoned motor vehicle.

August 5

The Washington County Sheriff's Office responded to 202 E. Pine St. in Irvington, IL for Domestic Trouble.

The Washington County Sheriff's Office returned a phone call to a Richview, IL resident regarding a Civil Matter.

The Washington County Sheriff's Office took a report of Fraud from a residence in Hoyleton.

The Washington County Sheriff's Office took a report of Illegal Dumping on Georgia Road.

August 4

A Washington County Sheriff's Deputy responded to a two vehicle traffic crash on Locust St. in Richview. A vehicle driven by Ronald Finn from Texico, IL turned left in front of a vehicle driven by Catherine Fortag of Centralia. Finn was cited for failure to yield. No injuries were reported.

August 3

The Washington County Sheriff's Office arrested Robert Dodson, 19, from Salem IL for a Washington County warrant.

The Washington County Sheriff's Office responded to rural Okawville for a report of Criminal Damage to Property.

August 2

A Washington County Deputy provided motorist assistance to a stranded motorist on Interstate 64.
