9/11 Remembrance Service

A community service observing the 15th anniversary of the events of September 11, 2001 will be held at St. Paul’s United Church of Christ, Nashville on Sunday, September 11, 2016 at 2:30 pm.

We will be remembering the victims and those who gave their lives to save so many more people.

We will also be giving thanks for those first responders who work tirelessly each day to assure our safety and freedom as we celebrate the strength and connection of our community.

The service is open to all and will feature representation from all the Nashville first responders – EMTs, fire department, police, sheriff’s dept, etc, as well as participation of members of the American Legion, area churches, the high school music department, and the boy scouts.

Following the service, the members of St. Paul will provide light refreshments in the Fellowship Hall as people are invited to stay, visit, and share their learnings and memories of 911.
