The Nashville Volunteer Fire Department’s Firemen’s Association is holding their annual barbecue chicken dinner on Sunday, September 11, at the American Legion Home in Nashville.
The event is a fundraiser that helps the association purchase new equipment and even vehicles for use by the Nashville Volunteer Fire Department.
Tickets cost $7.50 per person, with the firefighters serving food from 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Carryouts are available.
The meal includes barbecue chicken, sides, drinks and more.
The firemen’s association is seeking donations for the event as well, from businesses and individuals.
