Kolby Bowers Fundraiser Saturday, September 10

There will be a fundraiser lunch held to benefit Kolby Bowers, of Okawville, who will be entering Kindergarten this year, and whose family just was told that he was suffering from a brain tumor which is cancerous.

The fundraiser lunch will help Bowers family to pay for treatment and any other medical expenses that they may incur.

The event will be at the American Legion in Okawville and will be held from 1 to 5 p.m. on Saturday, September 10.

There will be a silent auction, a 50/50 raffle and a lunch, which will include a sloppy joe sandwich, two sides, chips, dessert, tea and lemonade.

Cost for the lunch is $8 for adults and $6 for children age 10 and under.
