Nashville News Customer Appreciation Day, September 9

This week’s pet of the week is an older female lab. We believe she is about 5. She is very gentle. She is available for adoption and can be seen at the shelter.

Other pets looking for adoption include a one-and-a-half-year-old male neutered Blue Brindle Staffordshire Terrier; a four-year-old female spayed Tan Lab Mix; a two-year-old female spayed Blue/White Pit mix, a 10-year-old female tri-color walker hound mix,a three-year-old White Pit Bull Mix, and a nine-month-old male neutered white and brindle pitbull.

There are eight kittens available at this time.

Dog adoption fee is $30, which includes an AVID identification chip and $50 off spaying or neutering.

The shelter also accepts donations of aluminum cans to help cover costs.

All animals may be seen on www.petfinder.com/shelters/IL662.html or www.facebook.com/nashvillepound.
