August 28

A Washington County Sheriff's Deputy responded to a report of domestic trouble in Irvington.

Jennifer R. Robinson, 38 of Trenton, was arrested and cited by a Washington County Sheriff's Deputy for driving while license suspended and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.

The Washington County Sheriff's Office assisted a stranded motorist on Interstate 64.

A Washington County Deputy arrested Kyle G. Walker, 30 of Centralia, IL for driving under the influence of alcohol. Walker was also cited for improper lane usage and operating an uninsured vehicle.

August 27

Adam D. Robinson, 35 of Trenton, was arrested by the Washington County Sheriff's Office for Speeding, Aggravated Fleeing and Eluding, Reckless Driving, Driving while License Suspended, Disobey Stop Sign, Improper Lane Usage, Failure to Signal, Possession of Controlled Substance, Possession of Methamphetamine.

The Washington County Sheriff's Office responded to U.S. Hwy 51 near Irvington for a wrong way driver.

August 26

The Washington County Sheriff's Office took a report of a traffic accident on Bobwhite road, a 2003 Hyundai Elantra driven by Alexis Helbig, 19 of Okawville, lost control of the vehicle and the vehicle rolled over.

August 25

The Washington County Sheriff's Office reported Fraud from a Hoyleton, IL resident.

The Washington County Sheriff's Office arrested Victor A. Estepp, 51 of Okawville, IL on a St. Clair County warrant.

The Washington County Sheriff's Office responded to an area on North Main Street in Hoyelton in regards to suspicious activity.

August 24

A Washington County Sheriff's Deputy conducted a welfare check at a residence in rural Venedy.

The Washington County Sheriff's Office assisted the Illinois State Police on Interstate 64 near the 48 mile marker.

The Washington County Sheriff's Office took a report of theft from a residence in rural Addieville.

The Washington County Sheriff's Office took a report of missing roadway signs on County Highway 6 near Venedy.

A Washington County Deputy responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle in Irvington. The vehicle was located and no criminal activity occurred.

August 23

A Washington County Deputy responded to a report of disorderly conduct in Irvington, IL.

The Washington County Sheriff's Office responded to rural Okawville reference Harassment by Telephone.

Washington County Sheriff Deputies responded to Richview for a property exchange.

Washington County Sheriff Deputies assisted the Illinois State Police with a one vehicle accident on State Route 15 near Orchard Road.

August 21

A Washington County Sheriff’s Deputy returned a telephone call to a resident of Addieville in reference to a civil matter.

A Washington County Sheriff’s Deputy arrested Blake A Spear, of Dubois, on an outstanding Washington County Failure to Appear Warrant.

The Washington County Sheriff’s Office reported an Animal in the Roadway on St. Rt. 127 near Pierce Rd.

August 20

The Washington County Sheriff’s Office took a report of missing property in Addieville.

The Washington County Sheriff’s Office took a report of suspicious vehicle on U.S Highway 51 near interstate 64

August 19

The Washington County Sheriff’s Office and the Illinois Dept. of Children and Family Services responded to a residence in Irvington. Angel R. Peters, 29 of Irvington, was arrested and charged with Domestic Battery. Peters was incarcerated in the Washington County Jail. Bond was set at $30,000.

The Washington County Sheriff’s Office reported a Theft at Kemps Korner in New Minden.

A Washington county deputy arrested Holly N. Kachuba, 23 of Okawville for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol. Kachuba was also cited for improper backing.

August 18

Dana M. McCoy, 49 of Centralia, was arrested by the Washington County Sheriff’s Office for Driving Revoked and Operating Uninsured Motor Vehicle.

A Washington County Deputy transported Joshua M. Litteken, 29 of Belleville, to the Washington County Jail. Littekin served a warrant for failure to appear on a previous charge for burglary.

August 17

The Washington County Sheriff’s Office responded to rural Okawville reference a residential burglary.

A Washington County Deputy provided a motorist assist on County Highway 17 at Connecticut Rd.

A Washington County Sheriff’s Deputy responded to a report of a injured deer in the roadway in rural Irvington.

A Washington County Deputy conducted a traffic stop on Shannon Avenue in Richview. The driver, Jeffrey S. Scoville, 46, of Mt. Vernon, was cited and arrested for unlawful possession of license plate, improper display of license plate, possession of medical cannabis in a motor vehicle, unlawful possession of methamphetamine, (4) counts of unlawful possession of a controlled substance, unlawful use of a weapon, and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. Passenger Justin M. Brake, 42, of Richview, was cited and arrested for unlawful possession of license plate, improper display of license plate, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, unlawful possession of hypodermic syringe, unlawful possession of methamphetamine. Passenger Kiley K. Smith, 36, of Christopher, was cited and arrested for unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and obstructing justice. Passenger Trisha L. Roper, 44, of Richview, was cited and arrested for unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and unlawful possession of a controlled substance.

August 16

The Washington County Sheriff’s Office responded to an area on White Church Road for Suspicious Activity.

The Washington County Sheriff’s Office responded to the Knights of Columbus Hall for a two vehicle accident. A vehicle driven by Charlotte F. Dalman, 78, of Dubois, had backed into a vehicle driven by Eileen M. Koenegstein, 78, of Tamaroa. No injuries were reported.

August 15

A Washington County Sheriff’s Deputy checked the area of Blackjack Rd. for a suspicious vehicle.

A Washington County responded to a residence in rural Nashville for a domestic battery report. Michael J. Piechoinski, 46, from rural Nashville was arrested for aggravated domestic battery and domestic battery.
