Washington County Retired Teachers Association Meeting Sept. 12
The Washington County Retired Teachers Association will hold their quarterly meeting on Monday September 12th at 11:00 A.M. at The Diner in Nashville. Members attending will order from the menu.
The program will feature two NCHS alumni: Ann (Palek) Ladendecker and Judy (Haege) Polcsynski whose careers in Nursing have taken them on their current positions at St. Mary’s Hospital/Centralia. Ann serves as the Stroke Patients’ Co-ordinator and does outreach presentations to the public. She and Judy will give us life-saving information about strokes and the most recent treatments to benefit any victims.
Those who ordered copies of the new GETTING TO KNOW YOU 2016, the book will be available to pick up. There are nine books available for sale. The cost of the book is $35.00.
Please join us for their presentation and lunch. Bring a friend and/or spouse, we all need to be informed for our health and that of our loved ones.
All present members are encouraged to attend. This is your chance to meet and socialize with other retirees and friends. Any county retired teachers who are not presently members of the WCRTA are encouraged to come and join your fellow retirees.
