October 3

A Washington County Sheriff's Deputy responded to a report of an abandoned vehicle on County Highway 24 near the Washington/Clinton County line.

The Washington County Sheriff's Office reported Domestic Trouble from a residence in Irvington, IL.

The Washington County Sheriff's Office arrested Dianna S. Beck 52, of Mt. Vernon, IL for driving under the influence. Dianna was also cited for improper lane usage.

October 1

The Washington County Sheriff's Office reported Elesha M. Wilson, 43 of Centralia, IL failed to yield at an intersection and struck a vehicle driven by Charles H. Stinson, 82 of Cambria, IL. Wilson was cited for Failure to Yield at an Intersection, Operating Uninsured Motor Vehicle, and Not wearing seatbelt. Wilson was taken by EMS to Crossroads in Mt. Vernon, IL.

Washington County Sheriff Deputies responded to a report of domestic trouble in rural Venedy.

A Washington County Sheriff's Deputy spoke with a resident of Hoyleton in reference to a civil matter.

The Washington County Sheriff's Office reported an Abandoned Vehicle on County Hwy 29 and St. Rt. 153.

The Washington County Sheriff's Office responded to a residence in Hoyleton, IL reference a domestic dispute.

A Washington County Deputy took a report of attempted identity theft for a resident of rural Nashville, IL.

September 29

The Washington County Sheriff's Office responded to the area of State Route 127 and Fillmore Road for a report of a possible fire. Deputies determined that it was steam coming from farm equipment.

A Washington County Sheriff's Deputy spoke with a resident of rural venedy about a civil matter.

The Washington County Sheriff's Office assisted Illinois State Police on a traffic stop on US 51 at I-64.

A Washington County Deputy responded to a 1 car traffic accident on County Highway 10 at Biddleborn Road. David M. Greaney, 27 of Oakdale, IL. ran off the road striking a culvert. Also responding were Washington County Ambulance and St. Libory Fire. Greaney refused medical treatment.

Taylor M. Karch, 24, of Nashville, IL was arrested for driving while license suspended and cited for failure to secure a child under 8 in an appropriate restraint by a Washington County Sheriff's Deputy.

A Washington County Deputy disposed of a deer that had been struck by a car on St. Rt. 15.

The Washington County Sheriff's Office returned a phone call in reference to Telephone Harassment.

A Washington County Sheriff's Deputy responded to a report of a domestic disturbance in Hoyleton.
