From The Washington County Historical Society: Nashville Dragway Fliers

Historical Society Drag Strip Stuff-7964 BW.jpg

This week from the Washington County Historical Society are these fliers and this magazine that are from the Nashville Dragway. There were items from the dragway on display at the L&N Depot, but these items are in the “shed” behind the Historical Society Museum. These items were donated to the Washington County Historical Society by John Wall. Almost all of the items on display at the museum or at the L&N Depot have come to the Historical Society as donations.

To see this and many other items, from many other time periods, visit the Washington County Historical Society Museum, located at 326 S. Kaskaskia, and Nashville’s L&N Depot, located at 101 E. Railroad, open from 1 to 4 p.m. every Saturday.
