October 31
A Washington County Sheriff's Deputy responded to a two vehicle accident in Addieville. Zachary B. Setzekorn, 26 of Nashville, was traveling west on East 1st Street when he struck an unoccupied parked vehicle. There were no injuries and both vehicle sustained damage over $1500.00. Unit 1 was towed from the scene. No Citations were issued.
October 30
A Washington County Sheriff's Deputy responded to Ashley for a report of a reckless driver.
A Washington County Sheriff's Deputy checked an abandoned vehicle on U.S. Highway 51 near Stacey Rd.

The Washington County Sheriff's Office took a report of one vehicle accident on State Route 15. A vehicle driven by Jessica R. Eldridge, 21, of Venedy, IL struck a deer causing minor damage to the vehicle. No injuries were reported.
