Sheriff’s Report – Nov. 2, 2016

October 31

A Washington County Sheriff's Deputy responded to a two vehicle accident in Addieville. Zachary B. Setzekorn, 26 of Nashville, was traveling west on East 1st Street when he struck an unoccupied parked vehicle. There were no injuries and both vehicle sustained damage over $1500.00. Unit 1 was towed from the scene. No Citations were issued.

October 30

A Washington County Sheriff's Deputy responded to Ashley for a report of a reckless driver.

A Washington County Sheriff's Deputy checked an abandoned vehicle on U.S. Highway 51 near Stacey Rd.

October 29

The Washington County Sheriff's Office took a report of one vehicle accident on State Route 15. A vehicle driven by Jessica R. Eldridge, 21, of Venedy, IL struck a deer causing minor damage to the vehicle. No injuries were reported.

The Washington County Sheriff's Office assisted a motorist on Interstate 64 near the Nashville exit.

The Washington County Sheriff's Office received a report of suspicious activity on Interstate 64 near the Jefferson County Line.

The Washington County Sheriff's Office responded to County Highway 8 just east of Dubois for a deer laying in the roadway.

The Washington County Sheriff's Office spoke with an Addieville resident about a phone scam.

Brittney N. Calandro, 26 of Collinsville, was arrested by the Washington County Sheriff's Office for Driving Under the Influence, Speeding, and Improper Lane Usage.

A Washingotn County Deputy responded to New Minden for suspicious activity.

A Washington County Sheriff's Deputy arrested Michael Koepke Jr, 26 of Okawville, on a outstanding Washington County Warrant.

A Washington County Sheriff's Deputy arrested Jake Armer, 26 of Addieville, on a Clinton County Warrant.

The Washington County Sheriff's Office took a report of theft from a mailbox in Richview.

The Washington County Sheriff's Office assisted the Illinois State Police with a stolen vehicle on State Route 127 north of Nashville.

Michelle R. Neuhaus, 31, of Hoyleton, IL turned herself in to the Washington County Sheriff's Office for a Washington County Failure to Appear Warrant.

The Washington County Sheriff's Office returned a phone call to an Oakdale, IL resident regarding a Civil Matter.

The Washington County Sheriff's Office reported Angela S. Hewitt, 46 of Red Bud, IL struck a dog with her vehicle on St. Rt. 15 and Elkedendier School Rd. near Nashville, IL.
