November 1

A Washington County Sheriff’s Deputy responded to a report of an animal in the roadway on Interstate 64 near the 48 mile marker.

A Washington County Sheriff’s Deputy assisted a stranded motorist on Interstate 64 near the 46 mile marker.

A Washington County Deputy returned a phone call to Covington in reference to telephone harassment.

November 2

The Washington County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a suspicious vehicle in rural Nashville.

The Sheriff’s Office responded to a minor two vehicle accident which occurred in rural Okawville. A vehicle driven by Ronald D. Porter, 65, of Okawville struck the rear end of a vehicle driven by David R. Bent, 35 of Okawville. No injuries were reported and both vehicles were driven from the scene.

Brittani N. Scerba, 25 of Nashville, was arrested on A Washington County warrant for failure to appear.

A Washington County Deputy took a fraud report from a resident of rural Hoyleton.

The Sheriff’s Office responded to a one vehicle accident which occurred in rural Nashville. Justin K. Von Bokel, 22 of Breese, lost control of his vehicle and struck a guardrail. No injuries were reported and the vehicle was towed from the scene.

The Sheriff’s Office reported a theft from a Venedy residence.

November 3

The Sheriff’s Office returned a phone call to an Okawville resident regarding a suspicious vehicle.

The Sheriff’s Office took an identity theft report from a resident in rural Nashville.

The Sheriff’s Office responded to a two vehicle crash which occurred on Interstate 64. A vehicle driven by Michael C. Morrison, 41 of Lafeyette, Tenn., crossed over the center line and struck a vehicle driven by Dena E. Robinson, 26 of Baltimore Md. No injuries were reported.

The Sheriff’s Office took a report of Suspicious Activity near Okawville.

November 4

The Sheriff’s Office arrested Robert P. Dyckman, 40 of Staunton, for Driving Under the Influence of ALcohol. Dyckman was also cited for Operating Uninsured Vehicle and Improper Lane Usage.

Ronald A. Stuckmeyer, 64 of Nashville, was taken into custody on a Perry County body attachment.

A Washington County Sheriff’s Deputy responded to a downed tree in the roadway in rural Okawville.

A Washington County Sheriff’s Deputy responded to a two vehicle accident in Hoyleton involving Richard F. Huge, 83 of Hoyleton, and Roger J. Fredericks, 75 of Salem, after both vehicle entered an intersection at the same time. There were no injuries or lane blockage. Both vehicles were able to drive away from the scene with minor damage.

The Sheriff’s Office received a report of a Motorist Assist in rural Addieville.

November 5

The Sheriff’s Office received a report of a Motorist Assist in rural Hoyleton.

A Washington County Sheriff’s Deputy responded to a report of an abandoned vehicle in Okawville.

A Washington County Deputy responded to Ashley for a report of juveniles throwing rocks at a moving train.

The Sheriff’s Office responded to Hoyleton for a report of a male subject causing a disturbance at a residence.

A Washington County Deputy responded to Deleware Rd. for a reported suspicious vehicle. The vehicle was located and the occupants were resting before continuing their drive from Minnesota to Florida.

The Sheriff’s Office responded to New Minden for a report of loud music coming from a residence.

November 6

A Washington County Sheriff’s Deputy responded to a traffic crash on State Route 127 North of New Minden. A vehicle operated Kyle S. Manske, 30 of Breese, struck a deer.

A Washington County Sheriff’s Deputy responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle in rural Okawville.

A Washington County Deputy responded to a traffic crash on Interstate 64, a vehicle driven by Melinda L. Lyday, 39 of Mt. Vernon, struck a deer and was damaged.
