This past week the Titans traveled to St. Mary's Centralia, to compete in their first tournament of the season.

On Tuesday, November 1, the Titans came away with a win over the Indians from North Wamac/Irvington, 40-19. Leading the way in scoring for the Titans was Boomer Harris 13, Mason Meyer 12, Caleb Unverfehrt 11, Tyler Schill and Ashton McGranahan each with 2. On Thursday, November 3, the Titans were defeated by Trinity Centralia 51-20. Scoring for the Titans, Harris 8, Meyer and Unverfehrt each with 5 and Schill with 2.

Friday evening the Titans played Sandoval. The team played a very lackluster first half and as a result trailed 21-14 . After a halftime pep talk and some defensive adjustments the team played as aggressive as they have all year — great effort from every player. The half-court diamond and one press completely confused the opponent . The team outscored them 24-13 in the second half as a result of turnovers from our aggressive defensive pressure. Another key was the team was 9-12 from the free throw line in the 4th quarter. It was a super come from behind victory for the team. The players played with great tenacity in the second half; now they need to play that way for two halves. Scoring for the Titans, Unverfehrt 11, Meyer 9, Harris 8, McGranahan 6 and Schill with 4. The Titans will host St Bruno/Tamaroa on Tuesday evening and play in the Feeder School Shootout on Friday at 4:30 at NCHS.
