TOP Ag Cooperative Inc. To Hold Annual Meeting November 15

Shareholders of TOP Ag Cooperative Inc. will hear reports on the 2016 financial results and about past year business operations at the Cooperative’s Annual Meeting on Tuesday, November 15, 2016.

Brian Kunz, Top Ag’s President of the Board of Directors urges all shareholders to attend and participate in the governance of their cooperative; as there will be an election of 3 board members taking place that evening.

Kunz added if you are unable to attend it is very important that you return your proxy by mail or to any Top Ag office prior to the meeting. Stockholders registration begins at 6 p.m. at the American Legion Hall in Albers.

The evening will start with a dinner at 6:30 p.m. for all attending stockholders followed immediately by the business meeting.

There will be reports by Top Ag’s Board President, Controller and General Manager Kevin Hartkemeyer, reviewing the activities and results of the company from the 2016 fiscal year.
