After finishing 5-4 on the season, the Nashville Hornets were well represented in the Southern Illinois River to River Mississippi Division All-Conference team. Five Hornets made the first team all-conference, while five Hornets made the second team all-conference.
Nashville finished with four offensive players, and one defensive player on the first team all-conference. Quarterback Andrew Kash, offensive lineman Derek Kirgan, and wide receivers Ethan Reid, and Cameron Parker were all named to the first team all-conference. Both Kash and Reid were unanimous choices. On the defensive side of the ball, Reid was also named to the all-conference team as a defensive back. Kash finished the season with a school record 1,738 passing yards. Kash tied the school record with 17 touchdown passes on the season. Reid also set school records this season with 70 catches for 985 yards. Reid went out with a bang in his last game with 250 receiving yards. Reid caught 10 touchdowns this season, and ran for seven more. Parker finished the season with 465 yards receiving on 38 catches. Parker's best game came against Carlyle to start the season, in which he had 102 yards receiving.
The second team all-conference featured three Hornets on offense, and two Hornets on defense. Elijah Sexe, Colin Laws and Kash each made the team on offense. Sexe made the team as an offensive lineman, Laws as a kicker, and Kash as a punter. On defense Kirgan and Sexe were both recognized. Kirgan as a defensive lineman, and Sexe as a linebacker.
