Cousins Carolyn Tegtmeier of Belleville and her daughter Sue from Overland Park, KS and Herb and Shirley Meyer of Carbondale ate lunch together at the Eagle’s Nest on Saturday. They went by the church cemetery and then drove by Carolyn’s childhood home now owed by the Dierkes. They stopped and were invited in to see the renovated farm home. This made Carolyn’s day. They also stopped to visit the Washington County Historical Museum in Nashville.
