Hooks, Lisk And Gill Attend Last Regular County Board Meeting

States Attorney Heath Hooks and County Board members Angie Lisk and Robert Gill attended their last regular meeting of the Washington County Board on Tuesday, Novemer 15. Lisk and Gill declined to run for reelection and Hooks lost the Republican nomination in the primary race.

The new States Attorney will be Dan Bronke, while Dennis Shemonic and Larry Unverfehrt will be taking Lisk and Gill’s seats on the board.

The new office holders will be sworn in during a ceremony that will be held on Thursday, Dec. 1, 8:30 a.m. at the Judicial Center, with the county board holding their reorganizational meeting following that.
