Mrs. Jill Marie Borrenpohl Borgmann of Nashville, IL departed this life in the St. Louis University Hospital in St. Louis on Thursday, December 8, 2016 at 9:32 A.M. due to complications from diabetes. She had attained the age of 34 years and 28 days.

Jill was born in Belleville, IL on November 11, 1982 the daughter of Jerry and Rita (nee Ross) Borrenpohl. She was united in marriage to Charles Borgmann III in the St. Salvator Lutheran Church in Venedy, IL on Valentine’s Day, February 14, 2009 and he survives her passing.

Jill was a life-long member of the St. Salvator Lutheran Church in Venedy where she formerly sang in the church choir. Following her graduation from Okawville High School, she received her Associates Degree in Criminal Justice from Southwestern Illinois College in Belleville. She was currently working at U.S. Paint Corporation in St. Louis. Jill enjoyed listening to music and attending concerts. She liked going to St. Louis Cardinal Baseball games and she enjoyed playing softball and bowling. She also loved helping her dad with his gardening and canning.

Left to mourn her passing is her husband, Charles Borgmann III and her two precious children, Devon Borrenpohl and MaKayla Borgmann all of Nashville; her parents, Jerry and Rita Borrenpohl of Stone Church, IL; two sisters, Laura Schubert and husband Jay of Nashville and their children, J.D. and Sophie and Michelle Foster and her husband John and their children, Ethan and Grace of Addieville, IL; her two stepdaughters, Taylor and Emma Borgmann of Okawville, IL; a brother-in-law, Jim Teter and wife Lisa of Okawville; two sisters-in-law, Susan Roadman and husband Matt of Greenville, IL and Tanya Petrucha and husband John of Nashville, TN; numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins as well as a host of friends.

She was preceded in death by her brother, Jeff Borrenpohl; her paternal grandparents, Elroy and Gladys Borrenpohl; and her maternal grandparents, Richard and Ardella Ross.

Funeral services were held from the St. Salvator Lutheran Church in Venedy on Monday, December 12, 2016 at 10 A.M. with Pastor Art Eichhorn officiating. Interment followed in the church cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a fund that has been established for the family at Region’s Bank in Nashville, and will be accepted by the Campagna Funeral Home.
