December 12

The Nashville Police Department took a report of phone harassment from the 300 block of W. St. Louis St.

Officers took a report of a stolen license plate from the 400 block of W. Goodner St.

Police responded to a two-vehicle traffic crash in the 300 block of E. Alton St. Derek Kirgan of Nashville was backing out of his driveway and did not see a vehicle owned by Streuter Chevrolet, of Okawville parked on E. Alton St. As a result, Derek's vehicle collided with the vehicle parked on the roadway.

December 13

Officers responded to the 1300 block of S. Mill St. for damage to vehicle.

Police responded to the 800 block of S. Grand Ave. for a rolling domestic.

December 14

Officers responded to the 600 block of S. Buhrman St. for a 911 hang up call.

Police handled a two vehicle accident on S. Mill St. near E. Lebanon St. A vehicle driven by Jacie Alfeldt, of Nashville, rear-ended a vehicle driven by Sidney Meyer, of Girard IL. There were no injuries and a report was taken on the accident.

Officers responded to 11872 County Highway 27 to assist the Sheriff's Department with a residential burglar alarm. The only deputy on duty was in Okawville so police were requested to respond. Police checked the residence and all appeared secure.

December 15

Police responded to W. Walnut St. at N. Frank St. for an assault.

Officers responded to Richview Rd. to assist EMS.

Police responded to the 500 block of E. Lebanon St. for a domestic disturbance.

Officers responded to the 500 block of E. Chester St. for a civil issue.

December 16

Police responded to the 300 block of W. St. Louis St. for a welfare check.

Officers responded to the 900 block of W. St. Louis St. for suspicious activity.

Police responded to the 500 block of E. Lebanon St. for a welfare check.

Officers responded to the 400 block of E. St. Louis St. for an unruly subject.

Police responded to the 1300 block of S. Mill St. for a gas drive-off.

Officers responded to the 300 block of E. Lebanon St. for a welfare check.

Police was dispatched to 18310 Enterprise, Nascote Industries, in reference to a single vehicle crash. Vehicle vs. dumpster. Unit one slid on icy pavement and struck dumpster.

Officers handled a single vehicle accident in front of 16428 S. Grand at the request of the Washington County Sheriff's Department. The vehicle involved slid off the roadway in the icy conditions.

Police assisted the Nashville Fire Department with a grass fire behind Hillbilly BBQ that was getting close to a propane tank.

Officers issued Jamie Cooley of Nashville three citations. First citation was for failing to secure child in restraint system. Second citation was for operating uninsured motor vehicle. Third citation was for driving with suspended driver's license. Jamie was placed under arrest fro driving while driver's license was suspended and was taken to the WCJ without incident.

Police assisted Washington Count with a roll over on County Highway 27. All deputies were tied up on other wrecks.

December 17

Police responded to the 500 block of E. Adams St. for suspicious activity.

Officers responded to the 800 block of S. Mill St. for a welfare check.

Police responded to the 300 block of S. Wood St. for a medical alert alarm.

Officers responded to the 11700 block of St. Rt. 127 for a child custody issue.

Police responded to S. Grand Rd. at Harriston Rd. to assist the Sheriff's Department with a vehicle in the ditch. Nobody was around the vehicle and the vehicle was tagged to be towed later.
