Ashley United Methodist Church welcomes everyone to Sunday morning services at 8:30 am with Pastor Dennis Gambill. The first Thursday of every month is Senior Potluck Dinner at 6pm at the church.

Lantern Pub specials Tuesday night age 60 plus dine in only and receive 10 percent off. Wednesday and Sunday all you can eat fried chicken and Thursday night is kids night. Check out their daily lunch specials on Facebook.

Do you like to paint? Have you heard about paint party’s? Ashley Community Committee is hosting a Ladies Day OUT at the Lantern Pub with Shut the Front Door on January 28 at 10 am. Shut the front door brings your design, paint, stencils and they explain it. It’s easy to do and you have something new to hang on your front door or your wall. It will be a lot of fun so get signed up for Ladies Day Out. Go to Shut The Front Door on Facebook and choose a design and then call me 314-0684 to register for Ladies Day Out.

This is a fundraiser for Ashley Community Committee and we really would like too see as many people as possible at Ladies Day Out. You can still order and pre pay through Jan 26 by 10 am just call me 314 -0684. The Lantern Pub will be serving a breakfast special if you would like to arrive early.

Ashley Firefighters Annual Breakfast is February 12 at the Ashley Fire Department 7 am to noon. Make plans to attend and support them. They are raising money for new equipment..

ZUMBA is back January 25 at 6:30 pm at the Ashley Community Building.

Don’t forget to save your Box Tops, soda tabs and plastic caps for Ashley Grade School.
