The Ashley Library received a $1,627.00 grant from the Washington County Farm Bureau ‘s 3rd Annual Community Impact Grant. The library applied for the grant to purchase a computer and media display cases the check was presented Feb 9.

Ashley Community Committee A will be busy planning the July 1st Picnic. A.C.C members also have shotgun tickets for sale. New members and volunteers are always welcome.

Ashley United Methodist Church welcomes everyone to Sunday morning services at 8:30 am with Pastor Dennis Gambill. The first Thursday of every month is Senior Potluck at 6 pm.

Lantern Pub specials Tuesday night age 60 plus dine in only and receive 10% off .Wednesday and Sunday all you can eat fried chicken and Thursday night is kids night..Check out their daily lunch specials and deserts.

ZUMBA is every Wednesday at 6:30 pm at the Ashley Community Building.

Don’t forget to save your Box Tops, soda tabs and plastic caps for Ashley Grade School.

Ashley City Council meets Feb 20 at 7 pm at City Hall.

Sin-C Vapors is now open at 171 N.W Railroad St in Ashley. The store hours are Monday through Saturday 10 am to 7 pm. Sundays are by appointment only call 363 – 1076. Purchases made from Feb 4 through the end of the month will be entered into a drawing for a awesome surprise gift. Tim and Diana Joseph are the owners.

Ashley residents shop locally when you can Ashley Marketplace, Popecks, M and T sales, W and W Sales, Logan’s Auction, Sin-C Vapors, Robin Ottolini Auction Services, Chops 1 and 2 and the Lantern Pub. These are all small business ‘s and Ashley is lucky to have them so please support them when you can.
