Clarence Howard

Mr. Clarence C. “Sonny” Howard of Evansville, previously of McLeansboro, departed this life at Deaconess Charlier Hospice Center in Evansville, on Friday, March 31, 2017 at 2:42 A.M.  He had attained the age of 71 years and 13 days.

Mr. Howard was born on March 18, 1946 at Centralia, the son of Floyd A. and Euphemia (Thomson) Howard.

Clarence was of the Methodist faith and worked as a line worker for the Vocational Workshop in McLeansboro, for many years.  He loved watching western movies and was an avid St. Louis Cardinals fan.

Left to mourn his passing is his sister, Wilma Kujawa and husband Theodore of Ashley; niece and nephew, Steve Kujawa and wife Jennifer and Julie Overton and husband Brad; great nieces and nephews, Hayley, Lynsey and Bradon Kujawa and Christian and Devin Overton; other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Private graveside services will be held at the Ashley City Cemetery in Ashley.

Should friends desire, memorials may be made to Ashley City Cemetery and will be accepted by the Campagna Funeral Home, who is assisting the family with arrangements.
