Nashville Softball Invitational Tournament Schedule

This year’s Nashville Softball Invitational Tournament, will take place on Saturday April 22. The tournament will feature a double-elimination format. Last year, Herrin finished first as they defeated the Hornettes in the Championship game. Eight teams will compete in the tournament. The teams competing this season are: Herrin, Central, Waltonville-Sesser-Valier, Marion, Waterloo Gibault, Okawville, Nashville, and Murphysboro.
The tournament will get under way with the defending champions, Herrin, taking on Okawville at 9 a.m. on field one. On field two, Waltonville-Sesser-Valier will take on Murphysboro at 9 a.m.
At 10:30 a.m. the Hornettes will play Central on field one, while on field two, Marion will take on Waterloo Gibault.
The Championship game will take place on field one at 4:30 p.m. The third place game, will take place at 3 p.m. on field one. The Consolation Championship will take place at 3 p.m. on field two.
