Hornettes Take Second At Conference

Senior Morgan Fox tries to clear the bar during the Pole Vault event at the SIRR Mississippi Division Conference track meet.

After taking home the SIRR Mississippi Division title last season, the Nashville Hornettes had another strong showing, but settled for second place. The Hornettes finished with 143 points, but the conference title went to the DuQuoin Indians, who finished with 173 points.  The conference meet was the last regular season meet for the Hornettes. The Hornettes will compete at Sectionals on May 12 in Chester.
