Two Sentenced To D.O.C. During May

The office of Washington county State’s Attorney Daniel Bronke has released information on two men who received sentences of time in jail during the month of May, Daniel S. Birchard and Frank V. Falcone.
Birchard, 35, of Addieville, Case 2016-CF-127, originally pled guilty to the charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance, a Class 4 Felony, on December 27, 2016, and was placed on 24 months of Probation.
On May 19, the Defendant’s Probation was revoked and he was sentenced to one year in the Illinois Dept of Corrections followed by a 1 year period of mandatory supervised release.
Falcone, 47, of Mt. Vernon, Case 2017-CF-31, pled guilty to the charge of Driving While License Revoked (Subsequent), a Class 4 Felony, and on May 23, he was sentenced to one year in the Illinois Dept of Corrections followed by a 1 year period of mandatory supervised release.
