Heggemeier batted leadoff and played center for the Hornets this season. Heggemeier was a catalyst for Nashville all season, and led the Hornets in plate appearances, hits, singles, doubles, and runs scored. Heggemeier finished with 45 hits, 28 of which were singles, and 16 of which were doubles. Heggemeier crossed the plate 38 times this season.

Kemp played in the outfield, as well as pitched for the Hornets this season. Kemp finished the season with a 5-3 record on the mound, and an ERA of 1.94. At the plate, Kemp finished second on the team with five home runs, and drove in 22 runs on the season.
