This Week’s Pets For Adoption – June 7, 2017
“Angelina”
At the time that the photo for this pet of the week was sent to us, there were only two dogs in the shelter, so if you’re looking for a pet, be sure to call over or check online to see what’s there if you have any question (the cat from the May 31 edition had already found a home…away from barking dogs).
Anyway, this week’s pet for adoption is this beautiful four-year-old female white staffordshire terrier. She’s a big girl and needs a lot of space to run in. Come see her at the shelter, her Nashville News-staff-suggested name is Angelina.
Other animals up for adoption include a white and blue two-year-old female pit bull, an 11-year-old tan and white male pit bull, a three-year-old spayed female brown mixed breed, a 10-month-old black female pit bull mix, an eight-year-old neutered male black and white Shih Tzu, a two-year-old black and white female pit bull, a ten-month-old spayed female brindle Dutch shepherd mix, and a ten-month-old female black and tan German shepherd.
At the time of printing, there were no cats currently available at the shelter. If you are wanting to adopt a cat, please call ahead to see if any are available.
Dog adoption fee is $30, which includes an AVID identification chip and $50 off spaying or neutering.
