Lorene Klingenberg, 90, of Nashville, Ill., born March 30, 1927 in Beaucoup Township, Washington Co., Ill., died Mon., June 19, 2017 at Friendship Manor Nursing Home in Nashville, Ill.
She was a loving mother and grandmother, a housewife and a member of St. Paul’s United Church of Christ in Nashville.
Preceding her in death were her parents, Albert and Alwina Brandt; her husband, Arnold Klingenberg, whom she married on August 6, 1950 in Nashville, Ill. and died February 26, 2006; her sister, Mildred Brandt; her brother, Marvin Brandt and her sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Elva (Erwin) Lehde, Erma (Elroy) Steinkamp, Alma (Ardell) Moeller, Howard (Avis) Klingenberg and Norma Klingenberg.
Surviving are her children, Karen (James W.) Creason of Millstadt, Ill., Joyce Klingenberg of Nashville, Ill. and Alan Klingenberg of Addieville, Ill.; her grandchildren, Krista (Terry) Delaney of Mexico, MO., Shanna (Frank) Auer of Franklin, TN., Andrea Klingenberg of Salem, Ill. and Mallory Klingenberg of Columbia, MO., 8 great-grandchildren; her brothers-in-law and sister-in-law, Harold Klingenberg of Freeburg, Ill. and Waldo (Alene) Klingenberg of Nashville, Ill., nieces, nephews and friends.
