Malick Grows Two-Pound Tomato

Frank Malick of rural Ashley brought this large Better Boy tomato into The Nashville News on Monday, July 24.
The tomato weighs just under two pounds and measures 4 ½ inches in diameter.
“I buy all of my plants at Meyer’s Greenhouse,” Malick told us. “They have good, strong, healthy plants and I have 35 plants this year.”
