Selles Celebrate 50th Anniversary

Bob Selle and Janet Hoffman were married on Sept. 2, 1967, at St. John’s Lutheran Church in New Minden. They have eight children, Wendy and husband Shane Peltes of Carlyle, Tammy and husband Dave Bahr of Columbia, Corey and wife Gina of Centralia, Kim and husband John Wieter of Albers, Laurie and husband Mike Knutte of Darien, Jason and wife Stacie of Bartelso, Justen of St. Louis and Jodi and husband Zach Weber of Plainfield. They have 18 grandchildren. Friends are invited to an open house on Sunday, Sept. 3, from 1 to 4 p.m. at Bretz Wildlife Lodge and Winery in Carlyle.
