Painter, Atteberry Sentenced To Prison After Convictions
The office of Washington County State’s Attorney Dan Bronke announced that they have had two offenders who were sentenced to the Department of Correction, Jail, following convictions.
Painter
Sabrina Painter, 39, of Columbus, N.C., was charged on July 6 in Case 2017-CF-43.
On September 14, Painter pled guilty to charges of Unlawful Possession of Stolen Vehicle, a Class 2 Felony, Unlawful Possession of a Weapon by a Felon, a Class 3 Felony, and Unlawful Possession of a Weapon by a Felon, a Class 3 Felony.
Painter was sentenced to 3 years in the Illinois Dept of Corrections followed by a 2-year period of mandatory supervised release.
Atteberry
Dustin Atteberry, 28, of Richview, was charged on January 3, in Case 2017-CF-1.
On September 12, Atteberry pled guilty to the charges of Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance, a Class 4 Felony, and Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance, a Class 4 Felony.
Atteberry was sentenced to 1 year in the Illinois Dept of Corrections followed by a 1-year period of mandatory supervised release.
State’s Attorney Department Fees Collected In August
At the September meeting of the Washington County Board, Bronke also presented his report which included fees collected by his office in August.
The State’s Attorney General Fund received $1,352.18 in August. The State’s Attorney Drug Prevention Fund received $51.25. The State’s Attorney Automation Fund received $156.
