Miss Nichole Marie Cummins of Benton, departed this life at Carbondale Memorial Hospital Emergency Room on Saturday, October 7, 2017 at 7:16 A.M. She had attained the age of 21 years, 1 month and 11 days.

Nichole was born on August 27, 1996 at Carbondale, the daughter of Daniel Cummins and Joan Jablonski.

Nichole was a 2014 graduate of Benton Consolidated High School and she worked as a sales representative for Frontier Communications. She was outgoing and enjoyed spending time outdoors and with friends and family.

Left to mourn her passing is her Son, Bentley Ege of Benton; her Mother, Joan Jablonski and significant other Michael Easley of Benton; her Father, Daniel Cummins and wife Michelle of Corpus Christi, Texas; Grandmother, Charla Cummins of Monroe, Wisc.; Brother, Levi Cummins of Nashville; two Step Sisters, Felicia and Michelle Horn of Corpus Christi, Texas; thirteen Aunts and Uncles, Joseph (Leona) Jablonski, Jr. of Highland, James (Rita) Jablonski of DuBois, Jerome Jablonski of Nashville, Jeffrey (Jeanine) Jablonski of Waterford, Pa., Judith (Tim) Booten of Benton, Jonathan (Dawn) Jablonski of Ashley, Jason (Elizabeth) Jablonski of Nashville, Jaycee (Michael) Jablonski of Cahokia, Justin (Julie) Jablonski of Nashville, Jared Jablonski of Fairview Heights, April Cummins of Dakota, Esther Cummins and Rachel Cummins both of Monroe, Wisc., cousins, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her Maternal Grandparents, Juanita and Joseph Jablonski; Paternal Grandfather, George Cummins; Sister, Danielle Cummins; Aunt, Janet Burke and Cousin, Jennifer Zyk.

Per the wishes of Nichole and her family, cremation was performed and a graveside service in the St. Ann Cemetery will be held at a later date.

Should friends desire, memorials may be made to the Family of Nichole Cummins and will be forwarded to a substance abuse rehabilitation facility of the families choice and will be accepted by the Campagna Funeral Home, who is assisting the family with arrangements.
