I have created a Richview Illinois Facebook page and I try to share things happening in Richview.

Richview Methodist Church women’s prayer and share is every Tuesday at 1:30 p.m. Sunday morning services at 10 a.m. Food pantry is the fourth Saturday of every month.

If you or someone you know needs a Fundraiser please contact Leslie at The Lantern Pub FUNDRAISER Nights are Monday’s from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m.

VILLAGE Board meetings are the second Monday of every month at 6:30 p.m. Make plans to attend if you have any questions or complaints.

Please continue to save box tops, soda tabs and plastic caps for Ashley Grade School. If you have any of these items and don’t have a child in school feel free to call me or drop them off at my home. Ashley Grade School would like to wrap up the plastic lid collection this Fall. In addition to the lids, any plastic with the numbers 2,4,5 is also acceptable.

A.C.C is planning another painting class with Shut The Front Door November 18 at The Community Building in Ashley. Doors will open at 2:30 p.m. Concessions will be available and you may B.Y.O.B. Please go to Shut The Front Door on Facebook and choose a design then call Melody at 314-0684 to pre-order and pay for your design. All orders are due November 2. Adults are $35.00 and kids are $18.00. This is a Fundraiser for A.C.C.

A.C.C meets the second Sunday of every month at 6 p.m. at the Ashley United Methodist Church everyone is welcome.

Ashley Library Soup and Chili Dinner is October 21 at the Community Building from 3 p.m. until 7 p.m.

THANK YOU to all the local businesses and people who were so generous to donate to the Dennis Gambill benefit last Saturday. Thank you to the volunteers who worked so hard. THANK YOU TO EVERYONE WHO attended. Please continue to keep the Gambill Family in your prayers.
