“Shrek” Being Brought To Stage At NCHS
The NCHS Music Department is bringing “Shrek” to life on the school’s stage, with six planned performances planned – Friday, Saturday and Sunday, November 3,4 and 5, and 10, 11 and 12.
The fantastical characters and creatures of fairy tales are none-too-pleased to be stuck in the eponymous ogre’s swamp
Friday and Saturday performances start at 7 p.m., and Sunday performances at 5 p.m. Tickets are $6 in advance, $7 on the day of the performance and can be purchased at the NCHS office, or through Music Department head Steve Browne at (618) 327-8286, extension 212.
The NCHS Production of Shrek will be put on with the help of crew and costuming from NCHS students, staff and volunteers, and will feature live music played by a pit orchestra during the performances.
