Sheriff’s Report – November 15, 2017

November 11

The Washington County Sheriff’s Office responded to a two vehicle crash which occurred on State Route 127 near Fillmore Road. A vehicle driven by Natalie N. Dudek, 20, of Pinckneyville, failed to reduce speed and struck a vehicle pulling a trailer driven by Eugene Lamczyk, 40, of Ashley. Dudek was cited for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident. No injuries were reported.

November 10

The Washington County Sheriff’s Office took a theft report from an Addieville, residence.

The Washington County Sheriff’s Office responded to McDonald’s for a two vehicle accident. A vehicle driven by Christopher D. Wilson, 43, of Marion, struck the rear end of another vehicle driven by Charles K. Keigley, 66, Nashville. No injuries were reported.

November 9

The Washington County Sheriff’s Office responded to a residence in rural Hoyleton for a Trespassing Complaint.

A Washington County Sheriff’s Deputy arrested David Martin, 54 from East St. Louis,  for a Washington County warrant.

A Washington County Sheriff’s Deputy took a residential burglary report from rural Marissa.

The Washington County Sheriff’s Office arrest Justin M. Brake, 44 of Richview, on a Washington County warrant.

November 8

The Washington County Sheriff’s Office responded to Interstate 64 near the Nashville exit for a one vehicle accident. A vehicle driven by Muhammad K. Khan, 45, of Roseville, Mich., struck a deer causing the vehicle Muhammad was driving to exit the roadway and enter in the ditch. No injuries were reported.

The Washington County Sheriff’s Office took a report of Illegal Dumping on Mockingbird Road.

The Washington County Sheriff’s Office took a theft report from a residence in Irvington.

November 5

A Washington County Sheriff’s Deputy responded to a one vehicle traffic crash on County Highway 1 near County Highway 27. A vehicle driven by Shawn Frost, 40 from Okawville exited the roadway and struck a ditch. Frost was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol. Frost was cited for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident. No injuries were reported.

A Washington County Sheriff’s Deputy responded to a one vehicle traffic crash on I64 near the 47 mile marker. A vehicle driven by Nicholas Umble, 39, from Fairview Heights lost control of his vehicle and exited the roadway. Nicholas’ vehicle struck a ditch causing minor damage. Nicholas’ vehicle was pulled from the ditch and driven from the scene. No injuries were reported.
