Meier Chevrolet-Buick of Nashville recently collected donations for the USO and would like to thank everyone who donated. Meier matched all donations so we were able to reach $1,000. We also encouraged people to donate by entering them in our raffle for four $25 gift certificates. The raffle winners were, FROM LEFT, Mike Hawkins, Jim Witte and Ray Tabacchi, not pictured is Larry Brinkman. Meier also gives a special thank you to Captain Mike Curry for his generous donation.
The USO located at Lambert Airport will help over a 100,000 service men and women who will be traveling through there this Holiday Season. The USO has and continues to serve all of Missouri and 4 counties in IL for the past 36 years. They serve 295,000 to 300,000 individuals per year free of charge. At Lambert airport they serve 8,000 to 10,000 people a month.
