Early Deadlines For Christmas And New Years Holidays At The Nashville News

It’s that time of year again – the holidays!

This year, Christmas, December 25, falls on a Monday. In order for the staff of The Nashville News to be able to prepare the paper to be completed before the holiday, the deadline for the Wednesday, December 27 edition will fall on Thursday, December 21. Please have all news items, society submissions and all classified and display ads to The Nashville News by the close of business, 4:30 p.m., on that day.

The following Monday is also a holiday, January 1, New Year’s Day. The deadline for the first paper of the 2018, Wednesday, January 3, will be on Thursday, December 28, also at 4:30 p.m.

The church page with listings for the month of January, will be held and will run in the Wednesday, January 10 edition of The Nashville News. If your church has important happenings or events that need to be in the paper before that, please submit them to us by one of the above listed deadlines.

Otherwise, the deadline for the January 10, Church Page is on Friday, January 5 at 4:30 p.m.
