Nicole Meyer Receives Eileen And Terry Bill Scholarship

The Kaskaskia College Foundation recently awarded Nicole Meyer of Okawville the Terry L. and Eileen Bill Scholarship.
Nicole is a 2017 graduate of Okawville High School and is a freshman pursuing an Associate of Arts Degree. She is the daughter of Tim and Sherry Meyer.
