The Kaskaskia College Department of Industrial and Continuing Education will be offering a “Watercolor Painting” course at the Nashville Education Center.
This class will be held on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, February 8, 13 and 15, 2018 from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m.
The registration number for the class is COED 6009 NS01E.
Artists have loved painting with watercolors for centuries because they are easy to set up, can be taken anywhere, and the images created are bright. Learn the basics of watercolor and discover your own style!
Cost for this course is $45.00.
The deadline to register for this class is Thursday, February 1, 2018.
Students will be given a supply list on this date.

Art As Stress Relief

The Kaskaskia College Department of Industrial and Continuing Education will be offering a course entitled “Art as Stress Relief” at the Nashville Education Center.
This class will be Tuesday and Thursday, February 1 and 13, 2018 from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m.
The registration number for the class is COED 5035 NS01E.
Art has the potential to calm a person and bring them focus. Exactly what will calm a person depends on their personality and what is going on in their lives. Join this class to sample four different types of Art, and see which has a calming effect on you!
In this class students will sample: Watercolor Painting, Charcoal Drawing, Screen Printing and Collage.
Cost for this class is $60.00.
The deadline to register for this class is Thursday, January 25, 2018. Students will be given a list of needed supplies on this date.
