St. Ann Falls To Waltonville

With the postseason rapidly approaching, the Saints dropped their final away game of the regular season as they lost to Waltonville 55-37.
The Saints fell behind in the first and could not make up the ground as Waltonville took the win.
St. Ann trailed 18-5 after one quarter of play, but cut into the lead before half. At half, St. Ann trailed 25-13.
In the second half, Waltonville put the game away as they outscored St. Ann 17-10 in the third quarter to take a commanding 42-23 lead into the fourth.
The Saints battled hard but could not make a comeback as Waltonville won 55-37.
Evan Kujawa finished with 200 points to lead the Saints. Tommy Herzog added eight points, while Kaden Linkey chipped in five points. Thomas Wojtowicz and Adam Anderson each finished with two points apiece.
The Saints begin Regional play against Coulterville on January 23.
