Raymond Piasecki, 67, of Nashville, passed away at 11:24 A.M., Thursday, January 25, 2018 at the Washington County Hospital in Nashville.
Raymond was a retired farmer. He was a member of St. Anns Catholic Church in Nashville. Raymond was a United States Army veteran of Vietnam. He was a member of the American Legion in Nashville. Raymond enjoyed fishing and playing cards. He also enjoyed his morning coffee with the guys and cooking for his buddies.
He was born February 20, 1950 at Nashville, the son of Edward and Martha (Gajewski) Piasecki, Sr.
He married Joyce Liszewski on May 6, 1972 at Our Lady of Perpetual Help at Posen, and she survives.
He is survived by his wife of Nashville, one daughter – Kristy Piasecki of Madison, Wisc., five siblings – Dorothy Lamczyk and husband Eugene of Ashley, Edward Piasecki, Jr. and wife Mary of Nashville, Mary Jane Combs and husband Harold of Nashville, Rose Lynn Ceglinski and husband Jeff of Ashley, and Nancy Bejma and husband Mike of Ashley, many nieces, nephews and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Memorial Mass will be at 10:30 A.M., Wednesday, January 31, 2018 at Our Lady of Perpetual Help in Posen, with Fr. Bernard C. Goedde, Jr. and Fr. Andrew Knopik officiating.
Friends may call from 7:00 A.M. until the time of service at the church on Wednesday.
Military graveside rites will be conducted by the Army National Guard.
Burial will be in the Our Lady of Perpetual Help in Posen.
Friends may make memorials to St. Anns Building Fund or Our Lady of Perpetual Help Cemetery or Masses and will be accepted at the church or the funeral home.
