Busy Night At District 49

Thursday night, February 15 was a hopping evening at Nashville District 49. Along with student teacher conferences and a volleyball match against Trico, the school also hosted the Junior High Social Studies Fair, ABOVE, which included Geography projects by sixth graders and digital history projects by eighth graders, as well as trivia matches on Cahoots. There was also spaghetti supper to benefit the NMS Athletic Department, BELOW, with parent volunteers hard at work to make sure guests got to eat their fill. Finally, the school also had a Scholastic Book Fair, with two “stores” open, one for older kids in the NMS library and another with books for younger readers in the primary school library.
