The Cadillac traveled off the left side of the roadway and struck a guardrail face with the passenger’s side of the vehicle. The male juvenile passenger was ejected from the Cadillac. The Cadillac continued to travel off the left side of the roadway before striking a tree and coming to final rest.”
In the vehicle with Inman were her twin children, Lukas and Kenzi Spangenberg, both five years old. The report states that none of the three were wearing seatbelts at the time of the accident and Lukas was ejected from the vehicle.
All three of the vehicle’s occupants were transported by ambulance to Washington County Hospital and from there, were evacuated by helicopter to St. Louis-area hospitals.
