It’s time to turn Washington County into a “Sea of Purple”.
Order a purple bow from Lori Segelhorst at Seg’s Place in Venedy for $10.00 and it will be displayed in Venedy one week prior to the Relay for Life, with a tag reading “in Honor of” or “in Memory of” a loved one.
These bows will then be moved to the Relay. The deadline is April 25.
The Washington County Relay for Life will be at The Okawville community Park on Friday, May 11, from 5-11 pm.
Use ‘Joke Candles” (the ones that can’t get blown out) to light fires. This way, the wind won’t affect the flame.
