Shelter Dog – May 2, 2018
This week’s dog for adoption is a Staffordshire Terrier-American Bulldog Mix, he is about two-to-three years old, and as Dolly with the Partners for Pets said, “he’s a big boy and just a big baby.”
This dog got away from his master, who then came to the shelter to get him, but left without taking him home, Dolly wrote. He heard him, and he misses him, and he needs to find a good home.
“He is a big dog,” wrote Dolly, “but what a nice dog!”
Other dogs available for adoption include Fred, a two-year-old male black lab, house broken and well-behaved; a three-year-old male hound mix, very shy; Jill, a four-month-old female border collie/boxer mix; and Rocky, a two-year-old neutered male husky mix, no livestock.
Cats are in and out of the shelter all the time. If you’re seeking a feline companion, call or stop by.
The dog adoption fee is $30, which includes an AVID identification chip. In addition, each new owner will receive a certificate for $50 off of spaying or neutering.
