NCHS Junior and long-time dance student and instructor Hillary Zgonina competed in the St. Louis Teen Talent Competition, sponsored by the Fox Performing Arts Charitable Foundation
making it as far as the finals, which were held in St. Louis on the evening of April 28.

Zgonina made her way through an initial group of over 100 students to compete against just 15 other acts in the finals.
When all was said and done, Hillary won the Keeping the Arts Alive Award, and she received a $1,000 college scholarship.
Hillary is also eligible for a two thousand dollar scholarship from Webster University and a scholarship for Southeast Missouri State University.
