13th Annual “Walk With The Dogs” Saturday

Last year’s walkers cross IL-127.

On Saturday, June 2nd the streets of Nashville will be flooded with Purple Warriors (and their 4-legged companions if they wish) to help raise awareness of and funding to fight and research Pancreatic Cancer.
This is the 13th year for this event and it has raised well over $300,000 for the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network.
The event begins at 7:30 at Memorial Park.
Registration will be open that morning for any last minute participants and the entry fee is $25.
The Balloon Tribute which traditionally marks the start of the Walk begins at 8 am. We will be honoring those who have lost their fight against this deadly form of cancer. It will soon be the 2nd leading form of cancer yet still has a single digit 5 year survival rate and is one of the lowest forms of cancer in funding.
Raising money is critical to find early detection methods and give hope to those fighting with treatment options.
Following the Walk is a Silent Auction and Raffle with approximately 150 items so please plan on spending an inspiring morning as we continue to WAGE HOPE!
