Nashville Ladies Golf League Notes

Before the league teed off the morning of June 5, a moment of silence was held in memory of Marilyn Kirchoeffer, who was an active member of the Ladies Golf League for many years.  She will be missed.
After a 5 PM scramble, the league met at The Blue Room in New Minden for dinner/business meeting. 
Co-Jane opened the meeting.  The secretary’s minutes were read.  A motion was made by Sue and seconded by Gina that the minutes be approved as read; all agreed.  The treasurer’s report was read.  A motion was made by Gina and seconded by Cary that the report be approved as read; all agreed.
Tina reported that there are currently 18 teams scheduled to play in the June 9 Ladies Tournament for the afternoon shift and 17 for the morning shift.  All is ready to go.
Tina also reported that the yearly scramble with Okawville is set for July 10.  A sign-up sheet is posted on the bulletin board.  
Sue reported that the Handicap Tournament is scheduled to begin on June 11.  The schedule is posted in the club house.  
The memorial for Maude Baldwin has been changed and new plans will be made at a later time per Jane.
Jane then turned the meeting over to Cheryl who handed out prizes for Play of the the Week, chip in money, and par 3 challenge.
A motion was made by Gina and seconded by Cary that the meeting be adjourned; all agreed.
The committee of Cathy, Sue, Gina, and Cheryl handed out prizes for the scramble.
